Customer Sales Team
These are the people who deal directly with customers as they walk through our doors. By meeting their current needs and identifying future ones, they make sure customers are always happy with the service they receive.

Within these customer-facing roles are individual opportunities for Cashiers who carry out everyday transactions, In-branch Sales Representatives and Commercial Support Staff who provide general product advice to private customers and corporate clients, as well as specialist Mortgage Arrangers.

You'll need some experience of dealing directly with customers for all these roles, ideally in a retail or banking environment and be prepared to ask for their business.
